Thanks for agreeing to play in Season 3 of The Genius ORG!
This board is only for you to see. This is where I will post questions as well as for you to post your private thoughts on the game, the players or the matches.
1) What is the main reason for you in signing up of the game?
2) Do you feel confident in being able to perform well in the game?
3) Have you read the previous seasons and do you have any expectations coming into the game?
4) Do you have any thoughts about the other players so far?
5) What is your main strategy coming into this game?

1) What is the main reason for you in signing up of the game? I remember seeing links to the previous 2 seasons a while back on reddit and went through all of the main matches and death matches in bed and got super excited at how people were actually playing games from the genius!!! The thing that surprised me was the logistics of how slow everything was since everyone was in different time zones/not online all the time. I found it weird, but understood that an online game with 13 people can't be as fast as the genius. I remember when Kyunghoon fell asleep in seed poker in S4 and it was really eye-opening to acknowledge that the players on set stay for filming about the entire day. Makes me think about how in the world were the contestants on the genius able to set aside one day for filming? I assume that the producers have to set a schedule and force the contestants to come on that day. Oh gosh and organizing guests to come in too my gosh. I'm just so excited to play omg xD 2) Do you feel confident in being able to perform well in the game? Actually, no. I'm worried that since no one knows anyone it'll be easy to betray someone. And I'm worried that person could be me. I don't want to face a situation where I'm forced into a death match. I've noticed that proving yourself in the death match and coming back puts a target on your back since the entire cast knows your skills. A good example of this would be Yongsuk in the middle race episode. He was singled out for such a commandering death match performance. And well he threatened everyone for their information in his death match against Kyunghoon too. That didn't help him socially at all . Maybe it's because I'm paranoid from watching survivor and all the flipping of votes, blindsides, next-level gameplay I've seen. Like when final tribal goats getting voted out since others see them as a threat from taking their spot at the finals. I think the key to avoiding the death match is having a good social game and building relationships with everyone. That way if the death match candidate is given the choice, I hopefully won't be picked. 3) Have you read the previous seasons and do you have any expectations coming into the game? Well I have already answered that I've read S1 and S2 hosted by bandage man, but didn't read the confessional rooms since there were so many and having to go back and forth would be a bit confusing to see the entire picture: the players' mindsets and reasons towards their moves and how the alliances fell. I just want to do my best and make it as far as I can. I dislike seeing genius games from the sidelines. 4) Do you have any thoughts about the other players so far? After rewatching the genius episodes, it's hard to say how the cast will interact. They could be cutthroat S2, or like a big family ala S1. Too early to tell. 5) What is your main strategy coming into this game? If I truly want to make it far, I think making a core alliance and sharing information with them would be the best route to go. I'm thinking of opening up a room with every single player and starting a casual conversation with them to establish some relationship and get to know them, but since I'm a lazy person IRL I might just do nothing and see what happens when the first main match starts. Thanks for the thought-provoking questions! (:

Um, there is no way for me to reply to the room: "Jay, Joseph"?
I don't see any option to reply to the hello thread at all.
