This game is so unpredictable 'cos Arnold would have the upper hand regarding the information, but Henry would then be able to make unpredictable plays.

Since Henry has no clue about our signs, Arnold may lose on the bets part, since Henry is just gonna throw random signs.

Btw, Mas, should you do the playing first before going with betting? Or at least do both in confessionals so there wont be any unfairness?

This is true. Usually the playing person puts the card first, then the betting player bets.

Henry's best bet (huehue) is actually to win Arnold in the betting aspect. Since he has no infomation, I don't know how is Arnold going to predict his moves.
